  • Reasonable email or Slack follow‑up tied to that month’s review or call (clarifications, short explanations, yes/no guidance on the same matter), with same-day or next-business-day response when feasible.
  • Access to a curated template library for early‑stage SaaS and AI‑enabled businesses (for your internal business use).
  • Flat $3,000/month on a three‑month initial term, built around this defined scope.

  • Building, implementing, or overhauling privacy, AI governance, or compliance programs.

  • More than the number of contract reviews specified above in any month.

  • Product & Contracts Lite GC is billed at a flat $3,000 per month, with a three‑month initial term. That structure is meant to give you enough time to see how this level of support fits your stage and deal flow, without open‑ended hourly billing or unclear limits.

  • If you consistently need more contract volume, heavier negotiations, or support outside the Product & Contracts Lite GC scope, we will revisit together whether to shift that work into a separate project or move you into a 20‑, 40‑, or 60‑hour fractional GC block. The goal is to keep your legal support aligned with how your business is actually operating, not to force everything into the same box.
